Since 2000, I have volunteered as an Enterprise advisor within Schools for various education to business partners, such as NYBEP (North Yorkshire and Enterprise Partnership) https://nybep.org.uk/ and Ahead Partnership https://www.aheadpartnership.org.uk/ to mentor students from years 7 to 13 with: Interview Technique | CV writing | Presentation skills | Boosting Confidence . Additionally supporting schools with their careers program.

These organisations work with both education and business in partnership. As a volunteer my role is to provide advice and support to students as they prepare for that “perfect interview” and their first step in their choice of College, University or career. It’s the ideal way to give back to the community, whilst having a window to the next generation of employees.

In addition, I coach business leaders on recruitment and the potential damage and additional cost that can be incurred if their interview technique is dated or they recruit the wrong individual.

I was introduced to Craig through a mutual contact and ever since the first conversation, I knew that he was unlike any other recruiter I had worked with.
